    Shipping Information

    Processing Times:

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

    Shipping Method:

    • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent domestic carrier).

    • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipping.

    • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

    Delivery Issues:

    • Caro Brazil is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather disruptions.

    • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We offer free in-store pickup at our retail location:

    Mon–Sat: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Sun: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    Pickup Instructions:

    • You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

    • Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.

    • Only the person named on the order may pick up unless prior arrangements are made via email.

    Pickup Timeframe:
    Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of being marked ready.
    If not picked up within this timeframe, your order may be canceled and restocked.

    🔁 A restocking fee of $7 per pair of shoes will apply and will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.

    To authorize someone else to pick up your order, please email us at info@carobrazil.com with their name and your order number.

  • We understand that plans can change!

    • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.

    • To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@carobrazil.com with your order number.

    Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

  • We use secure payment gateways to ensure safe and smooth transactions.

  • Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to request an exchange.

    Condition of Items

    To be eligible:

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original shoebox, which must also be undamaged.

    • Shoes that show signs of wear (scuffs, creases, worn soles) are not eligible for exchange.

    How to Exchange

    • Exchanges may be made in-store during business hours, or

    • For online purchases, email us at info@carobrazil.com with:

      • Your order number

      • Reason for exchange

      • Photos of the item (if applicable)

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

    Size Exchanges

    We’re happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability.

    • Caro Brazil does not issue refunds.

    • We offer exchanges only, for a different size (subject to availability) or a different model of equal or higher value.

    • Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery or purchase and meet our return conditions.

    • Gift returns are not accepted. Items received as gifts may not be refunded or exchanged. Only the original purchaser may request an exchange.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.

    • Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item sent after the exchange is approved.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the exchange is due to a shipping error or defective item.

    • Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for exchange.

    • Promotional items may not be combined with other discounts.

    • No price adjustments on prior purchases.

    • We do our best to present products as accurately as possible.
