Shipping Information
Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (or equivalent domestic carrier).
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipping.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Delivery Issues:
Caro Brazil is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or weather disruptions.
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.
Please bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID.
Only the person named on the order may pick up unless prior arrangements are made via email.
Pickup Timeframe:
Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of being marked ready.
If not picked up within this timeframe, your order may be canceled and restocked.🔁 A restocking fee of $7 per pair of shoes will apply and will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit.
To authorize someone else to pick up your order, please email us at info@carobrazil.com with their name and your order number.

We understand that plans can change!
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at info@carobrazil.com with your order number.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery or in-store purchase to request an exchange.
Condition of Items
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original shoebox, which must also be undamaged.
Shoes that show signs of wear (scuffs, creases, worn soles) are not eligible for exchange.

Caro Brazil does not issue refunds.
We offer exchanges only, for a different size (subject to availability) or a different model of equal or higher value.
Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery or purchase and meet our return conditions.

Gift returns are not accepted. Items received as gifts may not be refunded or exchanged. Only the original purchaser may request an exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the new item sent after the exchange is approved.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the exchange is due to a shipping error or defective item.

Final Sale: Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for exchange.
Promotional items may not be combined with other discounts.
