Gift Returns

  • Items received as gifts are not eligible for refunds.
  • However, gifts may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) or a different model of equal or higher value, only if accompanied by a valid gift receipt.
  • All gift exchanges must be requested within 15 consecutive days from the date of purchase —whether made online or in-store— and must meet our standard exchange conditions.
  • Without a gift receipt, we are unable to process any exchanges for gifted items.
