Customers have 15 consecutive days from the date of purchase —whether made online or in-store— to request an exchange.

Condition of Items

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original shoebox, which must also be undamaged.
• Shoes that show signs of wear (scuffs, scratches, creases, worn soles) are not eligible for exchange.

How to Exchange

• Exchanges may be made in-store during business hours, or
• For online purchases, email us at info@carobrazil.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for exchange
• Photos of the item (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Size Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
